We went down to Pawns and Pints today to see what it was all about, and to try to hop into an Adventurer’s League D&D game. Unfortunately all the seats for the D&D game were full. However, my wife and I had some great drinks, and cracked open few random board games. Like Star Wars Stratego and the old classic Battleship. We decided we really need to make this a regular thing, because it was a ton of fun all around. Maybe we’ll actually even schedule ourselves into one of the D&D days.
I was very glad at how busy the place was, we won’t have to worry much about the place closing down to lack of interest in nerdy things, that’s for sure. And it may be the only actual bar where I would probably enjoy hanging out there all day. My wallet and liver may hate me for doing that though. Seriously. They have good drinks.
