Japanese Dipping Sauce v2

Ingredients: 2 cups mayonnaise; 1/2 cup water; 1 teaspoon granulated sugar; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 2 garlic cloves; 3 to 4 teaspoons catsup; 1 teaspoon ground ginger; 1 teaspoon dry mustard; 1 teaspoon paprika; 3/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

Combine the water and garlic and blend it with a food processor, hand blender, or whatever is convenient.
You will then strain the water through a paper towel or cheesecloth into a mixing bowl. The point here is to get a garlic flavor without any pieces.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and you’re done.
