Double Chocolate Fantasy Bars

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs and beat on medium speed until crumbly.
3. Stir in nuts (if using them).
4. Preserving 1 1/2 Cups of crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of greased 13x9 pan.
5. In small sauce pan, combine remaining ingredients.
6. Over medium heat, cook and stir until chips melt.
7. Pour evenly over prepared crust.
8. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly over top.
9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
10. Store loosely covered at room temp.
