Instructions

Bake Devil’s Food Cake according to box instructions. Let cool.
Use a straw to poke holes in the cake in a 1” grid pattern.
Heat 1 can of sweetened condensed milk at medium heat, folding in 1 cup of caramel (the caramel you use on ice cream works).
When it’s mixed, pour it over the cake to fill the holes.
Cover the cake with toffee bits.
Freeze overnight.
Frost the cake with whipped cream, cover with remaining toffee bits, and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce.
